Bookings

All bookings are to be made with Louise by the chat icon, or the contact form.

 

Payment

Pre payment is required for all first time clients

Payment is required upon making your booking no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Louise will use the contact information you provided to follow up on payment if not received within 24 hours. If payment is not received by Louise within 24 hours prior to your session, then your appointment is not confirmed. This applies to individual and group bookings alike.

Cancellation Fee

Louise understands life happens and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable,  however, a small fee of 10% is required for all cancellations (individuals and groups) that are not re-scheduled at the time of cancellation.

Appointment Times

In the interest of all clients, Louise runs her appointments strictly to schedule. Please arrive promptly to ensure you receive the full allocation of your session time. If you are experiencing problems on the day, please contact Louise ahead of your scheduled time and she will do her best to accommodate your full session. Group Activations will commence on time as scheduled, regardless of all participants being in attendance.
