Inner peace

If you have some time on a Tuesday you should join us at 10.30am.

I can't tell you how powerful and relaxing these sessions are.


First we pick a card , then we drum to reconnect with ourselves then we go into meditation.

When we come out of meditation we pick another card to see how our energy has shifted.


It's such a heart warming and calming experience, perfect if you're stressed, worried, anxious or just want some time out for yourself.


Drumming and meditation have been shown to lower blood pressure among many other positive attributes.
